Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure (unless stated waterproof), or electrical faults caused by incorrect usage
  • Clearance or promotional sale items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share photos/videos showing the issue and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Zounur is not responsible for lost return shipments

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Returns are only accepted for verified defects or incorrect items
  • Refunds will be processed via M-Pesa or bank transfer
